n-IR Light Activation System

This was the senior capstone project under the sponsorship of Penn State's BME department. The system was designed to speed up the process of irradiating a 96 well plate and includes a single 1060nm LED from Thorlabs. This system is completely automated and runs off an Arduino Microcontroller, and an Adafruit Motor Shield V2 that controls two stepper motors that run along each axis of the system controlling the precise movement of the LED laser over each well.
